The holiday home "Kalinka"
A self-cartering group accommodation in the french Drôme Valley
The holiday home “Kalinka” is a group accommodation in the french Drôme Valley, the nothern border of Provence. It is classified as a 3*** tourist accommodation. With 7 bedrooms it is furnished for 16 persons.
Since four generations “Kalinka” is a family estate in the old part of the village of Vercheny, in the middle of the vineyards of the famous « Clairette de Die ». It is an old farm house which was already enlarged and transformed by our parents and grandparents. But we have renovated it largely since 2009.
Kalinka is open all the year.
The House
As an adjoining house it has two entrances on the (partley coverd) terrace:
– On the left hand you’ll find the “old house ” with the leisure space and the sauna/bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor.
– On the the right hand you enter in the ” new house ” with the kitchen and the dining-room, two bedrooms and a bathroom in the ground floor; three bedrooms, each with shower on the first floor.
A portion of the first floor is reserved to the owners.
Around the house is a great garden with meadow and fruit trees.
